A condo inspection is an “Interior Only” inspection. The inspection covers everything from sheetrock to sheetrock. A condominium owner is generally responsible only for this specific area when owning a condo. The external items like the roof, attic, exterior surfaces, etc, are usually the responsibility of the Homeowners Association (HOA). Refer to your HOA guidelines for specific information regarding the maintenance of these areas.
Our condo inspection focuses on health/safety, moisture intrusion, functional testing, mechanical systems and components for proper installation, and condition of appliances. The length of the inspection depends on the size and age of the property.
All inspections come with a detailed report with detailed pictures. The report is usually emailed to the client within 24 hours after the inspection is completed. The report is generated as a PDF file that can be saved, printed, and emailed as needed.
